As a trained psychologist and officer in the German Armed Forces, I have developed a unique combination of military discipline, psychological expertise, and international networking. My eight-year career in the military has not only taught me valuable leadership skills, but also the ability to act clearly and decisively in stressful situations. This experience directly informs my mentoring, leadership coaching, and risk management, where I help leaders develop both mental strength and strategic thinking. Through my Master's degree in Precision Psychology, I emphasize data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and achieve sustainable results. My work is enriched by extensive international experience gained during my deployments in Europe, the USA, and Australia. This global perspective enables me to understand cultural nuances and operate effectively in different markets. Another focus of my work is in the medical field, where I worked as a trained healthcare professional during the Covid pandemic. This experience gives me the ability to integrate psychological and medical aspects into my work, which is invaluable, especially in executive coaching and crisis situations.
